Dr. Shella Atlas-Evans is the CEO/Owner of Ascend Beyond Conflict. Dr. Atlas-Evans has a wealth of experience and over 32 years combined working in the capacity as an expert in employment law, and all aspects of labor and employee relations matters within the spectrum of Human Resources.
Dr. Atlas-Evans is a Certified Family/Domestic Mediator by the Arkansas Dispute Resolution Commission.
